How do I personalise a product?
Choose any product marked Personalisable, then add your name, message, photo or design using the live preview tool before adding it to your cart.
Can I preview my personalisation before buying?
Yes, you can preview your personalisation before making a purchase! Simply select the product you wish to personalise and follow the prompts to see how your customisation will look. This way you can be sure everything is perfect before you check out.
What characters and fonts are available?
We offer a curated range of fonts and support letters, numbers and most common symbols. Some emojis and special characters may not be available on every product.
Can I personalise with a photo?
Absolutely. On photo-enabled products you can upload a high-resolution image and position it right inside the live preview before ordering.
What happens if I make a spelling mistake?
If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the details before the item goes into production.
Can I change personalisation after ordering?
Changes are possible while your order is still in the personalising stage. Once it moves to production we are unable to make edits.
How long does personalisation take?
Most personalised items are ready to dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, with delivery time added on top depending on your chosen shipping method.
Is there a limit on characters?
Each product has its own character limit, shown in the live preview. If you exceed it, the text will not fit the design area.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, premium gift wrapping can be added to most items at checkout for a small fee.
Can I add a gift message?
Of course. Add your message during checkout and we will include it on a printed card inside the parcel.
Will the price be shown on the package?
Never. We never include invoices or prices inside gift parcels, so they are always ready to give.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Wherever possible we use recyclable and plastic-free packaging materials.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, simply enter the recipient address as the shipping address at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK, with selected international destinations available at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed. Orders over the free-shipping threshold qualify for free standard delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, next-day delivery is available on eligible in-stock items ordered before the daily cut-off.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email, and you can also track from your account.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can update the address while the order is still being prepared. Contact us as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
How do I start a return?
Head to your account, open the order and select Return, or contact our support team.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What image formats can I upload?
We accept JPG and PNG files for photo personalisation.
What resolution should my photo be?
For the best print quality, upload an image of at least 1000 pixels on the longest side.
Can I upload more than one photo?
On multi-photo products you can add several images; the live preview shows how many are supported.
Why was my photo rejected?
Photos may be rejected if they are too small, blurry or breach our content guidelines.
Do you edit or crop my photo?
We print what you position in the preview, so please crop and place it exactly how you want it.
Can I add a message card to my order?
Yes, you can add a printed message card to any order during checkout.
Is the message card free?
Standard message cards are free; premium designs may carry a small charge.
How many characters can the message be?
Message cards support up to around 300 characters.
Can I choose the card design?
Choose from our seasonal and everyday card designs during checkout.
Can I send a card without a gift?
Yes, a message card can be sent on its own.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, personalise where needed, then follow the secure checkout steps.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Minor changes may be possible before dispatch. Contact us quickly and we will do our best.
Can I cancel my order?
Non-personalised orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch; personalised items can only be cancelled before production starts.
How do I view my order history?
All your orders are listed under Orders in your account.
I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
Check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in instalments?

Why was my payment declined?
