Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Toyana, placing orders, and buying our products.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Toyana website and to purchases made through Toyana.co.uk.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Toyana

Toyana provides children’s toys, personalised gifts and related products through its online store.

Our website is intended primarily for customers purchasing products for personal and household use.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

* Product colours may vary depending on your screen.

* Packaging may occasionally differ from product images.

* Measurements may be approximate.

* Product specifications may change where necessary.

* Availability may change without notice.

Where there is an important difference between the website description and the product supplied, please contact our Customer Support team.

3. Product Safety

Always check the recommended age range and safety information provided with a product before giving it to a child.

Some toys may contain small parts or other components that are unsuitable for younger children.

Children should use toys in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and appropriate adult supervision should be provided where recommended.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example:

* The product is unavailable

* There is an obvious pricing or product description error

* We are unable to fulfil the order

* We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

* Delivery to the supplied address is not possible

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Prices

All product prices are displayed on the website.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required by law.

If a clear pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact affected customers before fulfilling the order.

6. Payment

Orders must be paid for using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be dispatched.

7. Personalised Products

Personalised products are created using information supplied by the customer.

Please carefully check all spelling, names, messages, photographs and other personalisation details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors in personalisation information supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, cancellation and return rights may differ where the law permits an exception for personalised goods.

8. Delivery

Delivery information, estimated delivery times and available destinations are explained on our Delivery page.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, transport disruption or other unforeseen events.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request a return or refund.

Nothing in our policies removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled where permitted by law and depending on whether the order has already entered processing, dispatch or personalisation.

Please see our Cancellation Policy for further information.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to Toyana or its relevant licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our website content without appropriate permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

* Use the website unlawfully

* Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

* Introduce malicious software

* Interfere with website functionality

* Use automated systems in a way that could damage or overload the website

* Submit false or misleading information

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as payment providers, delivery services, analytics services and other technology providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.

Subject to that, Toyana is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected to arise from your use of the website or purchase of products.

16. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents or other events outside our reasonable control.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when your order is accepted, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
